The Welded Wire Products division of Warehouse Rack & Shelf LLC maintains an inventory of one million pounds of wire ranging from 18 gauge to 3/8", including brite basic galvanized copper coated, tinned and stainless. The Welded Wire Products division of Warehouse Rack & Shelf LLC has developed sources for tubing, wood, plastic, and sheet metal that are cost effective and high quality.

PROTOTYPING

The Welded Wire Products division of Warehouse Rack & Shelf LLC maintains a full-time in-house prototype shop. Prototypes are manufactured to tight tolerances for pre-production testing.

The Welded Wire Products division of Warehouse Rack & Shelf LLC has a wide range of resistant welders (single spot, bar and automatic machines capable of welding parts 16' long by 6' wide), presses (5 ton to 200 ton), benders (hand, air, hydraulic, and a 3-dimensional programmable), MIG, arc and TIG welders, drilling machines for wire and tubing, and many types of air assisted assembly equipment.

Warehousing
The Welded Wire Products division of Warehouse Rack & Shelf LLC warehouses your product until it is ready to ship. Our 75,000 square feet of warehouse space is computer controlled. Your product quantities and locations are updated daily.
Shipping
The Welded Wire Products division of Warehouse Rack & Shelf LLC will drop ship, ship truck loads or LTL on common carriers, and when practical, deliver your product on one of our company trailers.
